Granted the blog is still a work in progress- I just could not wait to write about one of my absolute favorites: the nordy's anniversary sale! For those of you who are unfamiliar with why this sale is such a big deal, it's because the items put on sale are actually items for the following season (rather than being past season or overstock items) and the prices go back up on August 3rd. Basically, you are rewarded for buying things early! It is hard to think about coats, boots, sweaters, and fall accessories while the temperature is 110 degrees outside--but trust me it is worth it. Apparel, handbags, shoes, accesories, beauty, pretty much every department in the store has some items placed on the anniversary sale.
The most impressive find in my opinion, was my mom's burberry purse for about $309, rather than the original $659. She got it during the pre-sale and from what I've heard, the purse didn't even make it to the store floor the first day of the sale- talk about intense. Another bag that caught my eye was the See by Chloe handbag. It's going for $396 right now, but the original price is $595. I've always lusted over Chloe's leather, but I haven't really looked into the more affordable See by Chloe label. In any case, this seems like a good investment.
Leather jackets are a staple for fall- so definitely check these out as well. They are absolutely perfect- I love the rock and rollish look.

I personally find #2 to be a better bargain, but I'm in love with both...you can never have too many leather jackets right?!
I highly reccomend stocking up on tights, undies, socks, etc. since those are things we always need :) and what better than getting them on sale?! That way you can treat yourself later on. Haha.
I'll post all of my amazing finds when I have a little more time but definitely go fill your online shopping carts! You won't regret it, and opening packages is SO much fun! Even when you already know what to expect. Plus, free shipping on orders of $200 or more!
Unfortunately most of the stores are running pretty empty at the moment- but visit the anniversary sale website and order fast!
